By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

Rental Requirements

To rent a vehicle through our service, you must:

• Be at least 23 years of age
• Hold a valid driver's license issued at least 12 months prior to rental
• Provide a valid credit card in the driver's name
• Present valid identification at vehicle pickup

Booking and Cancellation

Reservations made through our website are subject to vehicle availability. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

Vehicle Use

The rented vehicle must be used in accordance with Australian road laws and the following restrictions:

• No off-road driving unless specifically authorized for that vehicle category
• No use for commercial transport or delivery services
• No use for racing, rallying, or competitive driving
• No use while under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances
• No transport of hazardous materials

Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental rate. This covers collision damage and third-party liability up to statutory minimums. The renter remains responsible for the excess amount specified in the rental agreement. Additional coverage options are available at booking.

Vehicle Return

Vehicles must be returned to the agreed location by the specified date and time. Late returns incur additional daily charges. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup, or refueling charges will apply.

Damage and Accidents

Any damage to the vehicle, regardless of severity, must be reported immediately. Failure to report damage may result in denial of insurance coverage. In case of accident, you must:

• Contact local authorities if required by law
• Notify our emergency line within 24 hours
• Complete an incident report
• Obtain contact information from other parties involved

Payment Terms

Payment is processed at the time of booking. The final amount may be adjusted at vehicle return to account for additional services, excess kilometers, or damage. All prices are in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of jolly-leaf.com and protected by Australian copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be resolved through mediation before proceeding to litigation.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
